FROM CANARY WHARF TO OLD CHINATOWN AND DOCKLANDS
This walking tour takes us back in time to look at the various old dockside areas of West India Dock, Limehouse etc. Learn about its history and architecture and why such writers such as Oscar Wilde and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle were influenced by this area. How it became home to London’s Chinese community and why it was called Blood Alley! From the past we then look at the skyscrapers of today with amazing architecture and gardens. We finish at the HSBC building for the second part of this visit.
